When you arrive at the resort, your driver will verify the local time with you and give you the pick-up time to meet the return transport. It is important to note that local time may be different than your ship time!

With two adult pools to choose from and a great children's area too, you're sure to find that perfect spot. There would be activities held on the beach, non-motorized sports equipment that's free to use, there will be plenty of activities to keep you busy. Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for any shopping purchases, tips, etc.
  
• The resort is wheelchair accessible.
  
• The buffet restaurant and the beach grill opens at 12:30 Noon to 5:00 PM.
• The bar opens at 12:00 PM.
• If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
  
• You are part of a group departure and the departure may be slightly delayed if the group has not all arrived. Your duration will not be cut short though.
• In order to check-in, a valid ID would be needed for each participant, it will be returned to you when you do the check-out.
• There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is not a shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

Where we meet

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Even though the resort is child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.
  
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter accessible vehicles available.
  
• If you leave the resort early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your ship is not included.
• This excursion is only available for cruise passengers

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
